On the sidelines of the 4th edition of GITEX Africa Morocco, PwC Maroc, Oracle and OneCloud formalized a strategic memorandum of understanding on April 7, 2026. The goal is to support Moroccan organizations in their transition to sovereign cloud and foster a controlled, responsible adoption of artificial intelligence. This alliance comes at a particularly favorable time, as Morocco is accelerating its digital transformation through the Maroc Digital 2030 strategy, backed by a "Cloud First" policy and a dedicated roadmap covering the 2025–2030 period.
